Algebra: Diagnostic Misconceptions & Commonly Confused Topics

A free course for running through common mistakes students make in high school algebra. Click here for the course!

We run through topics such as:

  • Using PIDMAS correctly
  • Negative numbers
  • Adding numerators of fractions
  • Common stats errors (e.g. not ordering data before minding the median)
  • Forming probability fractions

Make the knowledge stick with multiple questions and explanations for each topic. Great in-class exercise, or a fun (maybe? :P) homework activity.

This video runs through how to set assignments and this article should help, too. For more info on our teacher platform please get in touch with Jono at Seneca!
