great help
just a point concerning "Recounts" in Language Features:1. there would also be the present perfect (have+p.participle)used for summing up and /or assessments in a present context, linking past events to the "here and now".this verb form is technically ,therefore, not a past tense

Very helpful
Thank you for this comprehensive resource: it is just what I needed, and has saved me a lot of time (I probably would not have produced anything as good, either). I do have one nit-picking niggle (hence 4 stars) - I have gone through my copies changing the the spelling of 'spelt': surely the past tense of 'spell' should be 'spelled'???....especially in this context. Please don't let this comment spoil things....I am of a certain age, and can't help it!! Thanks again.
