About This Lesson
Every classroom has a few "active researchers" that push the limits and have trouble following the class rules. Occasionally, recording behavior on charts can help reshape behavior. The point of the behavior report is to emphasize positive behaviors, not the negative ones. I have a Super Hero theme going in my classroom all year, so created this report to reflect the theme. By having the parent sign and return the report, the child knows that we are working as a team.
*This lesson could easily converted to other grades or themes as well.
