About This Lesson

The idea is that students work in groups of 3. Two people choose two of each color card (two alleles for the same gene). Then another person picks one card of each color from either parent. They have produced the offspring genotype. They can use the key to write down the characteristics of both parents and the offspring. Need to have introduced dominant and recessive characteristics before playing this.
