www.appetiteforaction.org.uk is a new resource for elementary schools built around an interactive platform that brings to life the process of going green through lesson plans, films and activities - such as lunchbox audits and building school gardens.
Some great ideas to promote healthy eating in elementary schools however I think it is more designed for teachers to gain ideas from then for use in the classroom. It could possibly be used for ideas for Citizenship coursework project.
