How we can take care of ourselves in a pandemic? Mindfulness is beneficial for all. As a survivor of heart failure, melanoma, and vision issues, DeAnn was introduced to Aerial Yoga. She loved how empowered she felt with each class after being so broken. Yoga has helped with vertigo, anxiety and weight loss. The results of her own personal practice guided her to Yoga Teacher Training.
DeAnn will share how she practices yoga with adults and children, and a 30-minute chair yoga practice that is gentle for all and can be modified for all abilities. Mindful moments and self-care strategies will also be shared.
