This seems to be a well thought out tool with many good ideas for sequencing; however, I was unable to find the tools referred to for most of the lessons. The lesson talks about getting materials from the appendix, but there was not appendix on the document...

This is a wonderful lesson plan except that if you don't have access to any of the materials is does you no good. Would love to use this, but where do you get the needed materials???
