About This Lesson

Objective:  Students will review / learn whole notes, half notes, quarter notes, and whole rests.  Students will review / learn the notes B and A on the recorder.

Outcome:  Student can create, say, move, and play a rhythm using whole notes, dotted half notes, half notes, quarter notes, eighth notes, sixteenth notes, triplets, syncopation, quarter rests, half rests, and whole rests.  (Cr1.1.4a, Re7.2.4a)  Student can read music on the treble clef staff.  (Pr4.2.4b, Re7.2.4a)
