Join ADL, Re-Imagining Migration and Share My Lesson for a webinar around immigrant students.

One-quarter of all children under the ages of eighteen across developing nations have an immigrant parent. This webinar will provide educators with clarity and background information on the myths around immigrant students. We will discuss strategies to address the challenges of teaching about immigration in a growing anti-immigrant climate. ADL and Re-imagining Migration will share guiding frameworks to address anti-immigrant bias and discrimination, and encourage culturally responsive inclusion of immigrant origin students. Participants will leave with strategies and lessons plans to adapt to their classrooms.

Professional Credit

Available for one-hour of PD credit. A certificate of completion will be available for download at the end of your session that you can submit for your school's or district's approval.
