Join Morningside Center for Teaching Social Responsibility and Share My Lesson for a lesson on improving classroom climate through social emotional learning.

In this webinar we'll share concrete SEL strategies teachers can use to improve the classroom climate. Using footage from actual classroom lessons, we'll observe and discuss activities that can strengthen relationships and build students' social awareness and self-awareness. We’ll discuss helpful strategies including facilitation, collaborative problem-solving, SEL higher order thinking questions, and multi-modal learning. Footage is from NYC public school classrooms implementing The 4Rs: Reading, Writing, Respect, and Resolution SEL curriculum.  #1 Webinar of the Decade

Professional Credit

Available for one-hour of PD credit. A certificate of completion will be available for download at the end of your session that you can submit for your school's or district's approval.

Share My Lesson is now a New York State Education Department-approved provider for Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) requirements and an Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) approved Professional Development provider.
