The presenters will lead a live demonstration on global land use. They will also share an interactive lesson on the effects of climate change on different regions of the world, as well as a simulation of historical and projected population growth. The presenters will show how the presented activities fit national standards and performance expectations for science and social studies, and how they can be adapted for all kinds of learners.
Available for one-hour of PD credit. A certificate of completion will be available for download at the end of your session that you can submit for your school's or district's approval.
