This session will examine innovative models of professional learning using video case studies in different districts. Presenters will share successful implementation strategies that lead to professional growth. Participants will explore an online case library of National Board Certified Teachers' videos of classroom practice combined with their written analysis of the instruction and student work. Participants will:
- Become knowledgeable about different models of video analysis that lead to increased educator effectiveness and results for all students.
- Identify potential uses of the ATLAS resource in different programs such as induction support, mentoring and professional growth.
