Join Eleanor Harris, a classroom teacher in the Austin (Texas) Independent School District, and a health and fitness professional, for a virtual yoga session. The yang element will focus on the muscles, bones and joints.

Participants should have a space where they can lie down on the floor, or a space near a wall to sit, and a blanket or towel. Those with physical limitations should sit in a chair. All levels of experience are welcome.
