Registration is now open for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) Virtual 2021 Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) scheduled from September 12-17, 2021. This year's marks CBCF's 50th Annual Legislative Conference, and the programming reflects our charge for 2021 and beyond to a continued commitment to uplifting, empowering and mobilizing Black communities through the theme of “Black Excellence Unparalleled: Pressing Onward in Power.” Subscribe here for #ALC50 update.

The conference is complimentary with no registration charges, allowing participants to experience the programming they have become accustomed to from the comfort and safety of their homes. 


All conference attendees must register in order to access sessions at




1. Click this link  or cut and paste it into your browser (Chrome; Microsoft Edge) to begin your ALC Registration -

2. Click Attendee Registration

3. Fill out the general information form and click Next Step (first screen); Fill out the demographic information form (second screen)

On the second screen, please select if you are a member of AFT, answering the question: Are you attending the Professional Development Series? If so, which organization do you hold membership in? The dropdwon will allow you to choose AFT, NMA or Neither (Optional). All attendees who attend the PDS for Educators are eligible to earn CEUs. Click Proceed to Tickets and select your tickets (1) (complimentary) to complete the registration as a General Attendee option. You may also opt to make a donation to CBCF at this time. click Checkout.


4. Select the sessions you would like to attend using the + to add or remove sessions from your personalized schedule. After you have selected all of your sessions, click Complete Registration.
