About this Community

The Health and Wellness Community is a free space from Share My Lesson, built to help educators support their own well-being and that of their students. Here you'll find health and wellness webinars, lessons, blogs, and practical strategies from fitness instructors, mental health and social-emotional learning leaders, and nutritionists. We know the stress and pressure educators are under, so this is a place to work out, de-stress, and build habits that hold up during a hard school year.

Caring for yourself and teaching your students to care for themselves turn out to be the same work. You'll find both here: rest and stress-management strategies for you, and classroom-ready lessons on health and mental well-being for them. All free.

What You'll Find Here

  • Free wellness webinars: Live and on-demand sessions on mindfulness, stress management, and educator burnout, including our ongoing Wellness Series.
  • Classroom lessons and activities: Ready-to-use K-12 lessons on nutrition, physical health, mental health, and self-care.
  • Blogs and practical tips: Honest takes on rest, boundaries, and staying well through the school year.
  • Self-care and mental health resources: Strategies for managing stress, emotional regulation, and building routines that last.
