Awesome! I will be using this in Business Studies for my students to research an entrepreneur!
Awesome thanks! Getting my students to practice form filling, this is perfect!
This is fantastic! We are a Digtial Media specialist school. I have used this with my English classes to explore characters feelings and relationships
Hello - I am the original creator of this resource and originally uploaded it to the TES website in the UK. It doesn't quite match the most up-to-date version of the Facebook website, but is a great way of getting students to examine character and particularly relationships in texts, or in historical battles!
I agree--this is a good way to understand character. Thank you for sharing!
Love this, especially since it is editable! Will use to study character with my middle school ELLs. Thanks!!
I am new to using this website. Is what I see all I get, or is there an actual lesson plan attached somewhere?
Thank you so much. I have been looking for a blank template for some time now. Great work, and thanks, again! ~
Fantastic resource - great way to teach about what you actually put on a facebook page: cybersafety and the effects of giving too much personal info. Congratulations!
Brilliant! I've just downloaded this template and will be using it tomorrow to help my students develop and internalize their characters in drama. Can't wait to see students' eagerness when doing the activity! :)
I agree... this is a great way to analyze a character... and will suit a wide age range!
I tried this activity and it was very good. My students enjoyed it even though they had to think (God forbid!) and they seemed to learn more about the characters.
I did something similar but in a history class where students were paired up and assigned generals during the Civil War and they had make a facebook page for their person and then, with their partner/opposing general, had to create an event page and provide an account of the battle they were encountered each other.
thankyou I will use this resource with characters from a novel the students have read or are reading. from mariafelicia
This is a good resource and would be engaging for students to use a social media site to connect and develop a character from a text they are reading.
This is a great way to engage students. Love it!
This is a fun activity for character development! I can't wait to see what email addresses students come up with for the characters.
I love this idea! So perfect to keep middle schoolers interested!
Spot on and perfect for numerous different teaching activities - well done!
