About This Lesson
This is a basic review of map skills including terminology, reading a map and using a map to write directions. Three slides include map questions from Problem-Attic.com, a site teachers can use to develop their own pre/post assessments. There are also slides reviewing the forms of government: democracy, communism and monarchy. The Power Point slides have notes to faciliate learning and discussion, and can be used as a whole group reivew or as a team contest.
