It's Halloween, and Jake is determined to throw the best party ever without doing any hard work, planning, or preparation. After he notices some interesting things about the new neighbor next door, like her broomstick, pointy black hat, and pet frog, he writes a letter asking for some of her magical help to get his chores done in time!
The Witch usually tries to keep a low profile around the neighborhood, but when Jake starts making requests for spells, potions, and even use of her precious wand, it might just take a letter or two and a bit of Halloween magic to help Jake understand the value of hard work from the start.
