(ii) Enhance parents’ involvement in their children’s learning. (iii) Reinforce and supplement classroom instruction. (iv) Reduce the effects of poverty on learning. (v) Serve a multicultural, multilingual population. (vi) Promote workforce preparedness through the development of 21st century skills.
