It highlights the importance of participating in the process for the purpose of federal funding for education, communities and to inform the voting process. Schools can use this as a way to engage students in civic discourse and to inform parents by sending it home digitally or with the students. Feel free to add your school's name on the document. There are also many other resources at 2020census.gov that you can use to get students involved in the civic process. Get counted!
