Using the period as an aide is not always necessary but is very helpful when you have to evaluate trig functions when you are given an angle larger than 2pi or 360 degrees. In this video series I show you how to evaluate your trig function given a point on the unit circle. To evaluate we first need to find the point on the unit circle and determine what points are trig functions use to evaluate for.
