About This Lesson

Objective:  To have students analyzie and evaluate whether American economic growth has come to an end.

AIM:  HAS THE ERA OF UNPRECEDENTED AMERICAN ECONOMIC GROWTH COME TO AN END?

Based on Roberrt Gordon's book enrtitled The RIse and Fall of Economic Growth (2016), students will analyze, evaluate and compare his theories utilizing (1)1964 World's Fair Video Clip; (2) NY Times Book Review - Jules Verne - Paris in the Twentieth Century; and (3) Primary Source:  A Strategy for American Innovation Report October 2015 National Economic Council and Office of Science Technology.
