Students will conduct a Socratic Seminar, using Revolution Era documents to better understand the people, ideas, decisions and events of the War for Independence, as well as to develop their ability to analyze, discuss, and conduct inquiry using primary documents. Assessment is conducted using the Socratic Seminar Analytic Rubric, included with the lesson.
