Anatomy Biofeedback Activity

This is a classroom activity that uses thermometers to demonstrate the stress response and the brain's ability to calm the nervous system. I suggest buying a really annoying timer to use during the activity. I used the one from the game "Scattergories" because it speeds up toward the end.
