Great way to contextualise Contemporary Art
I work in a forward thinking art department but feel that when we are looking at artists we still have a leaning towards the modern and earlier movements. <br/> <br/>By linking art from different cultures and periods learners can understand cotemporary artists/designers/craftpeoples intentions as they share a little bit more of the contextual knowledge the creative practitioners had.
