This sheet records ch's behavior in code form and saves you from jotting down exactly what the child did. I used to use this a lot last year with my supply teachers (who all found it very useful). The codes can be changed to match your schools behavior policy.

Good Idea!
Very good idea for recording poor behaviour in particular. I already have a Positive Behaviour Scheme in place but this one keeps track of the negative aspects which do, just occasionally, crop up! The code system saves you writing the same thing over and
