About This Lesson
The basic purpose if for student to utilize specific benchmarks for IEP behavior goals. Document can be adjusted to address academic goals/benchmarks as well. Fosters independent problem solving and processing of information.

Data collection sheets are useful but this one would be difficult for a student to use as a self-monitoring tool. Students need to be specifically taught how to monitor and regulate their behaviors.
