The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad was taught by a spiritual master by the name of Master Fard Muhammad who came from the east like a thief in the night and started teaching people in Detroit Michigan's Black Bottom section He taught Elijah his Supreme Wisdom teaching for 31/2 years and crowned him the Messenger of Allah. His theology that was devoid of spookism and concentrated on man's innate and natural power to control their lives in the here and now. He stressed clean drug and alcohol free living .He not only taught that pork was prohibited but the importance of eating to live which consisted of eating one meal a day, which dieticians now call "intermittent fasting".A very important part of his theology consisted of doing for self and kind. He stressed entrepreneurship and the members of his organization called the Nation of Islam pooled their resources, worked hard and established banks, supermarkets, farms, planes, trucks, schools, mosques and much more. Their mission was and is to resurrect the black man and all of humanity by teaching civilization to the uncivilized. The mass media has had an ongoing campaign to discredit his works, but because of his dedicated followers and representatives, his name and works continue to live on. Where there is controversy in the media, there is none in the Nation of Islam. Everything is peace! Mr. O, the Hip Hop Teacher@TheHipHop Teacher YouTube @thehiphopteacher Mr. OThehiphopteacher.com
