About This Lesson
These materials were developed by our organization (NUBAO) when we hosted a professional development workshop for Chicago area science educators aimed at exposing them to the exciting field of neuroscience and brain research, and to demonstrate how these topics can be introduced in the classroom through active participation in several engaging, hands-on activities.
Four aspects of the brain are covered:
1) Motor Learning
2) Sensorimotor Nervous System
3) Comparative Neuroanatomy
4) Brain Safety/Injury
