About This Lesson

March 2 is Dr. Seuss's birthday! Celebrate with these in-class and at-home activities and the Dr. Seuss’s Birthday 2020 Classroom Activity Guide. Inspire your students to use their imaginations Dr. Seuss-style and plan your own birthday party celebration to help encourage a lifelong love for reading and learning. Teachers and parents can also enter the Dr. Seuss Word Challenge from March 2 to March 6, 2020 for the chance to win super-dee-dooper prizes, including a grand prize for their school or library.
