About This Lesson

In this interactive lesson students have the opportunity to learn about and consider different policies for the United States related to climate change and energy production. Students work in groups to debate the pro's and con's of different proposals and take on the roles of United States Senators to decide which policies will benefit the country.

This lesson was originally designed in conjunction with the in person Senate Immersion Module conducted at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute but can now be used as a stand alone lesson in your classroom!
