I use this with students working in pairs with mini-whiteboards - the first pair with the correct translation gets 2 points; all other correct answers get 1 point; i reveal the German after all boards have gone up.

Excellent examples. I like how students use the small whiteboards and work in partners to produce the translations/unscrambled sentences. Only "Headmaster" would need to be edited in the 1st slide.

Thank you. The idea for the pair work is an inspiration.

Thank you - I'm going to use this in my forthcoming observation to see if I can finally get some brownie points.

Thank you so much - this is brilliant and sums up the subject perfectly. Great even for my A2 students - bright, colorful and accurate. Well done for sharing it.
