Gives an opportunity for the students to describe different Physical Skills; then along with the Contemporary Log (see my other resources) which they kept each week; they went into more detail about their strengths and weaknesses. Pass and Merit used this handout in a handwritten format; whereas the Distinction students were encouraged to use it for structure purposes then expand in more detail.
