About This Lesson
In an effort to support the 2013 National Public Health Week theme, “Public Health is ROI: Save Lives, Save Money” MPH@GW created an infographic, “The Cost of Obesity” with statistics that highlight obesity as a national epidemic, the financial impact on our communities and the overall economy, and preventative measures we can take to positively affect change at a national level. Please share this infographic as part of your educational outreach and campaigns focused on the NPHW theme to raise awareness about public health and prevention.
