Absolutely brilliant resource, thank you! So easy and quick to do. After planning this with my technician (who is brilliant as she made up the solutions first and put them in little bottles for the students) I saw we didn't need 5ml of ethanol to extract the DNA but as you said, the colder the better! thanks again :)
