The worksheet contains information for students to set up their own greenhouse in order to grow cress seeds. It includes questions on how to plan a fair test.The greenhouse is simply a clear plastic tub covered with clingfilm with a full holes in the top.The excel file is a table for them to record their results as they measure the height of the seedlings.
A really good resource, which helps pupils plan a fair test and therefore covers 'how science works'. The data recording sheet is also useful as it allows quick and easy input of data and helps show how IT can be used in science.
