About This Lesson
<p>This is a poem to be used to help students create their own poems. It has clear use of description which is good for descriptive writing tasks. It also can have links to drama; art and ICT. I wrote this poem and used it as a narrative for a performance. The large class even made a dragon with their bodies which moved (think of the ‘talk ; talk’adds). They also improvised pieces such as village life and characters that lived in the time of king Arthur.</p>
