About This Lesson
The idea behind this course is to help educators, charter school instructors, and home educators integrate creative writing into their elementary grade classes.
This text is set up in a once a week format, allowing educators to integrate it into their current curriculum easily and, hopefully, seamlessly. The Weekly sheets can be printed out/ copied and given to students as needed. This packet includes student writing of the following stories: an animal story, a fairy tale, a fable, a sci-fi story, and an adventure story! It also includes some ideas of how to "publish" the stories at the end of the semester.
