About This Lesson
Help children aged 5–7 explore Education, curiosity and safe learning with Emily and her dog, Biscuit, in this engaging RESPECTisms Kidz classroom lesson.
In “What’s That, Biscuit?”, Emily discovers something she doesn’t recognise. Instead of touching it or guessing what it is, she stops, thinks and asks a trusted adult. The story opens up an age-appropriate conversation about curiosity, asking questions and how learning can help us make good choices.
This complete classroom lesson gives teachers everything they need to take the story beyond the video and turn it into a meaningful learning experience.
