These booklets are great for end of year reflection by children. Children share their memories of the year for different areas; eg. funniest moment and best memory. Includes how they feel about each subject. Great as an end of year activity. For Grades 1 and 2.
We had a similar idea for pupils to be involved in reports. Each report had one inner sheet (folded A4) iIt had a photo of the child + their drawing on one side + 2-3 similar headings to the "boxes" you have here on the other side. Thanks for some new ide
