Enhancing motivation during Covid19 pandemic

About This Lesson

"Yesterday was not ours to recover, but today is ours we win or lose."

Whether for teachers, parents or students Covid10 pandemic is a massive struggle and a challenge. Since the onset of the  pandemic, students started repeating such phrases  : "Let 's do it later." "Hope we return back." " We miss our  school, teachers, friends..." They were unable to resist being locked down. But a successful teacher must be creative and an artist to help students keep on working in such circumstances. The teacher is as a candle that consumes itself to light the path for others. Personally speaking, during online learning I kept on motivating and inspiring my students to do their best even the crisis was hard to bear. We did lot of projects as : Public speaking, debates, presentations, drama, cooking, sport,drawing.......It was an amazing experience.

Distance learning mandated by most schools districts was an abrupt and radical change  for everyone.

Hard work is your weapon, success will be your slave.

So for both teachers and students try to motivate yourselves, don't wait others to motivate you. Strive for progress not for perfection. Be strong and positive. The pain you feel today is the  strength  you feel tomorrow. Life is full of challenges. Don't limit your challenges . Challenge your limits. Get rid of negative thoughts and accept the situation as it is. But don' give up.

Last but not least, everyone should bear in mind that we are tested not to show your weaknesses . But to discover your strenghts.
