About This Lesson
Students work in groups of three; each group supplied with one set of 24 label cards on enzymes (8 each). For durability and to prevent sets getting mixed up; photocopy original onto different colored card or paper; and laminate. Read the enzyme dialogue - pausing at gaps; at which point students must hold up the appropriate card. Make it competitive! At the end of the dialogue; students can use the notes template to complete their own summary on enzymes by filling in the gaps.
