About This Lesson
We describe an evaluation culture that supports self-direction.
This paper includes a brief introduction to the theory used (Locus of Control, Self-Efficacy and Mindset Theory), and suggests implementation in four different areas of evaluation (self-evaluation, peer-evaluation, teacher-evaluation and evaluation of one's inner dialogue).
