Responding after reading the book Color Dance by Anne Jonas  through Music and Dance. This is primarily a video resource guide. The guide allows students and their family to experience a variety of music and dance related to color while they are in social isolation period. Music and arts are so important. Be sure to look at the beautiful poster for 10 lessons that The Arts Teach. Sing songs and locate new songs about color. It has been my experience that students respond well to sharing about your unique way of expressing your creativity. Art and exploring different forms is essential to all humans. My mom took up tap dancing up at 57 years of age. She loved it! It should never be about a specific product, it should be filled with the joy of experiencing new perspectives. I hope that you will give the tap dancing a try even if you don't have shoes.
