Exploring In the Zone data: exercises & answers

In 2012, the Wellcome Trust sent In the Zone kits to every school in the UK so students could carry out experiments about sport, activity, movement and rest, and we've compiled the results of some of them. Have a look at the Excel spreadsheets (the file name is 'In the Zone raw data') and answer the following questions.
