In response to school closures due to COVID-19, the Washington Teachers' Union has teamed up with Fox 5 Plus in order to deliver lessons to students directly from their television or computer. This high school lesson aired on April 3, 2020, and includes a math lesson on exponential relationships and a history lesson on immigration policy.

Part 1: Deal or No Deal? We will show students how to interpret and construct tables and functions to model exponential relationships, given verbal descriptions involving home buying, car buying, and or saving loans.

Part 2: "Is anything new about today's immigration debate?" U.S. Immigration Policy from 1884-1965
