About This Lesson
A hospital is an integrated system of physicians, other hospitals, outpatient services, and more. Each element is connected and significant in providing an exceptional healthcare experience. It is up to your students to assess the right treatments and procedure measures for patients in order to secure the best possible outcome for the patients’ health. Upon completion of the PBL Unit, students will report out the results, communicating with peers to determine the condition of the patient, infection results, and treatment plans if necessary.
