About This Lesson
Open a fast food restaurant and calculate the costs for everything needed. (Must be completed in a group of 2-4 students.) Select all details such as the hours you will be open, how much you will pay your employees and how much money will go to bills and purchasing the food and drinks. Present the amount of money you will need to make in revenue to stay open and present what you will spend monthly and yearly. Think about the name, colors and marketing slogan for your new restaurant to be successful. Get creative! Finally present ideas on different strategies you would use to keep your new restaurant a success.
