About This Lesson
Context: This is the first week of instruction for Filipino 1-2. This lesson is for Grades 9-10. I will teach the same content for two periods during the day, each 55 minutes in length.
Objectives: To have students establish basic words and phrases in Filipino. Why learn Filipino? This is lesson plan for the first two weeks of school. This will also set the tone of the class.
Target: At the end of this unit, students should be able to demonstrate their newly learned vocabularies in Filipino as evidenced by creating a dialogue using formulaic language.
