About This Lesson

This resource is designed to develop students' skills of deduction and inference with an introduction to the story of “Beowulf”. This lesson plan uses the cover and first few pages of the graphic novel and asks children to infer and predict based upon the clues they find. The lesson includes independent; pair and group work and also sets follow-on homework.
